Looks like a good idea to me -- I wonder if people really use them.
Lol!! Thank you Wendy. We have 'bins' here similar to that, and people do use them (when they have bags of course).
Todays walk was normal with no unusual conversations.

I was surprised that last summer on a camping in SPAIN, they were having there a separated place, used as a "dogtoilet" ,
Quess what?
Our dog went there ONLY and did not his 'things' elsewhere, we were surprised:)

I take a plastic bag and napkins when I take Molly for her walk each morning!!! Now if I could just get Molly to pick it up!!!
