Here's what the little girl in the lavendar coat saw as she looked down through the drainage grate. She looked for quite a while, as she asked a few Troll questions (like: "will he get me" and "how did he get there") and then we went on to further investigate the area.

A bit scary for Miss Lavendar Coat I would think but a clever piece of City art.
Neat, not only does he have to be kept under a grate, but hes chained also. That keeps him from getting the little kids. LOL.
