Office Max

Remember the time when "the customer is always right"?
I think those days are gone.
But when my camera broke, Office Max replaced it with a similar model.
They would of replaced it with the same, but the model I had was no longer available.
It did help, that I had purchased the extended warranty.
Do you have any customer service stories to tell?

I used to work in a call center doing customer service. Thank goodness I didnt have to look people in the eye.

I've had good luck in most stores in Wichita dealing with products and customer service. You just have to know who you're dealing with before you make a purchase and what their policies are.

Wendy, did you see today's Eagle? There's an article about the Heartland Flyer. I've posted about it on my blog and a link to the articls...

Customer service is almost non-existence nowadays. And a lot of those big chain retailers tend to hire unknowledeage kids to staff the sales floor so they who shouldn't be blamed for it.
