No right turn
Downtown Wichita has some One-Way streets, some going; south, north, east and west. I'm guessing this to be the reason for this "no right turn" sign, if a car turned right at this intersection, they would probably be driving towards oncoming traffic.

But don't you know that there have been lots of people who've made that turn. Don't you just know?
This week I've felt like I was going down a one way stree the wrong way...but things are slowing down...I love pictures of signs!
