Parking garage
Previously this month, you may of seen this walkway posted. This is a shot of the same walk way - and, shows the parking garage that it's attached to. The angle only shows the walkway crossing over one street, but it turns and crosses a second street at the intersection, as well. Guess that makes it a "double crosser".

LOL. Double crosser indeed!
I have never seen a double crosser like that before. Without your description, it appears as crossing one street, but looking closely i can see there is some distance between the parking lot and the end of the first leg of the crossway.
